🇵🇭 What is an OFW?

An Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) is any Filipino citizen who is currently working or seeking work in a foreign country. Over 2 million OFWs are deployed across Asia — more than any other region in the world — with major communities in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, and the Middle East. OFWs are among the Philippines' greatest assets, contributing billions in remittances annually and representing the spirit of Bayanihan (community solidarity) on a global scale.

Why This Exists
